>Perlt ganz gut, leicht trüb, heller Bernstein. Schaumentwicklung ist eher gering, recht grob. Zitrischer, leicht scharfer Geruch, etwas Kokosnuss. Im Antrunk etwas schwach an Kohlensäure. Fruchtig ja, Grapefruit vor allem, aber auch die Kokosnuss ist da, dazu erdbeerig. Mittig keksig und Harzigkeit, die in ordentlich Bittere und pfefferig in den Abgang läuft. Interessant.
