>Schaum ist fein nach mittelporig, konstant bleibend fingerdick. Farbe leicht trüblich, heller Bernstein. Perlt ordentlich. Antrunk ist fruchtig und Richtung Honig. Erst mal etwas süßlich. Erst spät im Abgang kommt die Herbe mehr und mehr auf. Leichter Karamell kommt im Verlauf mit rein, dazu Würzigkeit und weiterhin auch etwas floral. Schönes Dingen, sehr rund.
